Waste is killing our planet
It's time for a change. We must react quickly for the sake of our world. We cannot continue business as usual.
One of the biggest enemies of our environment is plastic. The plastic waste produced by humans is literally choking our world
Plastic is piling up in our oceans. 26 million tons of plastic make their way into the ocean every year. After time, 70% of that plastic waste sinks and ends up on seabeds causing permanent damage.
Even in landfills, chlorinated plastic releases harmful chemicals into the surrounding soil, which can then seep into groundwater or other surrounding water sources. Eventually they will end up in oceans.
